Sevens High Slot Machine
With Sevens High, Quickspin introduces a game filled with classic symbols and an overwhelming retro vibe that will seduce many players.
But do not let this fool you; in Sevens High, the stakes are really high and the gameplay has a few tricks to spice up your game and make it more interesting from the very beginning. One more reason not to overlook this apparently innocuous game.
So let’s not waste time and instead let’s dive right into it and begin discovering what Sevens High is all about – as well as how to put all chances on your side to win big!
Disco retro
Sevens High is a trip down memory lane, when slot games were all flashy and extravagant and lacked any sort of complex universe of backstory.
The background of the game resembles a stage, a night club or the inside of a space ship. It is not really easy to make out behind the reels, but the result is metallic, dark with flashes of blue, purple and pink all over.
The soundtrack is a futuristic tune that matches the overall disco vibe of Sevens High. It’s a good and simple mix of old and new that will catch your eye!
Rules of the party
To make the best out of Sevens High, it is crucial that you know precisely how the game is played and how to customise your settings.
The game is played on a standard 5x3 setup, featuring five reels with three symbols on each. The game features 25 fixed paylines in total running across the reels in all directions. You cannot modify the number of paylines to play on, but the command buttons located at the bottom of the game screen, right below the reels are there to help you adjust your bet per line. Click the up arrow to display the wager menu and choose how much money you want to bet on the next spin.
The gear button is there to let you access other practical settings to personalise your game. Always keep in mind that your future cash rewards will depend on both the kind of symbols appearing on paylines and the size of your initial bet. In other words, your chances of winning big rise when you put a little extra on the table! You can always modify your settings at any time during the game. Keep an eye on the displays on the left side of the screen to keep track of your total credit balance.
Once you feel ready, click the yellow Play button on the right side of the screen to set the reels into motion. Cross your fingers and hope for big wins! Your winnings will be automatically added to your credit total after each spin.
If you would rather keep your settings constant and play without interruptions, you can try out the Autoplay mode. Click on the switch to let the game run its own course for a moment. The reels will spin automatically over and over until you choose to come back to single-spin mode.
Classic icons galore
Sevens High is first and foremost a classic, retro game. As such, you would be right to expect some classic reel symbols as well.
The low-paying symbols are the Plum, the Lemon, the Orange and the Cherries. They compensate their low rewards by appearing frequently on the reels, which naturally multiplies your chances at scoring multiple winning combinations at a time.
The rest of the basic paytable pays more but is seen more rarely during the game. The Silver Star, the Bell and the Red, Green and Blue Sevens make up this category of icons. Keep your eyes peeled for them and the big wins they can trigger.
Where the fun really starts
So far a rather conservative game, Sevens High shows its true colours when it comes to its Wild icons.
There are four of them in total, a basic one and three more corresponding to a golden version of each of the three Sevens introduced previously. All of them can substitute for all the basic symbols.
Extra Wild Sevens are added after each consecutive win (check out the Wild Meter on the right to keep track).
High fun
Sevens High brings originality to an otherwise classic game. If you are not allergic to retro slots, do give it a try.
