Piggy Bank Slot Machine
What would be the safest place to keep all your new coins? If you would rather avoid banks and stashing money under your mattress, then consider getting a Piggy Bank.
Coincidentally, the developers at Play’n Go have created a video slot game named exactly like that, where smashing pigs and lining them up on paylines can make you win big. Not to mention a serious fun factor added on top.
So get ready for something new, dynamic and potentially very rewarding. Check out our full review of Piggy Bank to find out more about this original slot game.
Cartoon Pigs and Bright Colours
Piggy Bank is a slot game that does not take itself very seriously, and the result is just as funny for the players.
The reels are hovering over a background that evokes a young kid’s bedroom, filled with toys all over. The game universe is definitely inspired by famous modern animation films and other 3D cartoons that kids and adults alike love. If you belong to that category, then Piggy Bank will certainly catch your eye.
The musical theme of the game is a little more surprising. This mellow tune with a few Hawaiian accents on top is nonetheless quite pleasant and relaxing, even though it sounds a little out of place. That being said, Piggy Bank looks like a ton of fun to play so let’s look at the game rules in the next section.
Getting Started
In order to win big in Piggy Bank, you will need to line up specific combinations of symbols on activated paylines running across the screen.
The game contains five reels of three symbols each, and just five paylines in total. Use the side tabs that flank the reels to activate or deactivate each payline individually. The (+) and (-) buttons in the lower command bar are there to let you adjust your bet per line. With a larger bet placed on more paylines, you increase your chances to win big later in the game. And if you are feeling lucky, you can use the handy Bet Max shortcut in order to go all-in and activate all paylines at once. You can also play an optional Gamble mini game for a chance to double or even triple your win; simply pick the right symbol and all that extra cash is yours.
The Autoplay mode introduces an entirely new way to play the game. Use it to let the reels spin on their own and place your bet over and over again. You can switch back to the base game at any time, or customise your settings to halt the Autoplay mode after winning a specific amount of money, or after 20 or 30 spins, and so on.
Collect Pigs and Money
The reel symbols of Piggy Bank are all original to the game, and even the classic icons got a nice makeover for the occasion.
The first symbols are colourful card icons, the Jack, Queen, King and Ace. All of them come with tiny ears and a pig’s tail, just to fit within the game universe. They bring modest rewards, but appear frequently on the reels.
The Hammer, Gold Coin, Bank Notes and Piggy Bank Logo are worth much more when lined up. So if you are looking to score big wins right from the start, you might want to focus on these symbols and hope that today is your lucky day.
Special Features Everywhere
Piggy Bank is more than just a game about pigs filled with money; it also features a generous array of Bonus features for pleasures to enjoy. Starting with the simple Pig icon, which is a Scatter. Three of them on screen at the same time awards an extra cash prize. All you have to do is grab a hammer, smash one of the Pigs and collect up to 125 times your initial bet.
The Pig Bonus symbols need to be aligned on a payline to initiate yet another pig-smashing round. Each pig awards a certain amount of luck that you can use to extend the duration of the Bonus round. With every smash, you also get a chance to win up to 25 times your bet.
For bets lower than 0.10 credit, an extra Scatter in the shape of a Golden Circle appears on the reels. Collect them to gain access to three different Bonus Wheel, which you can spin for a chance to score one of the three Progressive Jackpots of the game.
Getting’ Piggy with It
Piggy Bank relies on its cartoonish and goofy universe to attract players and yet delivers a gameplay with true winning possibilities.
Generous bonuses and no less than three progressives jackpots, only a few games can beat those arguments.
